Our 1982 Liverpool Retro Shirt Socks are inspired by one of their most disctintive away kits. The Yellow away shirt from the 1982 season had thin red vertical lines running through it. The shirt was also sponsored by Crown Paints and adorned by such superstars like Ronnie Whelan, Graeme Souness, and Kenny Dalglish. After ending fifth the previous season Liverpool came back and won their thirteenth league title, after being twelfth in the league table at Christmas. They also won the league cup that season.
